The AI engine in this demonstration will calculate the current operating point of your inventory system
as a combination of SKU-averaged inventory and delivery performance.
This serves as a starting point to compare your current setting
against the potentials of the AI driven inventory and order fulfillment Dispodyn engine.

Please select and upload your inventory master and transactional data as documented below;
the engine will accept any file names,
but please do not change the variable’s name.

  1. The csv-first file contains article "Master Data" with the following variables:

    Nummer: Article-identifier (max. 200 figures)
    WertProMengeneinheit: Value of the article per SKU and currency unit (max. 18-figures and two decimals separated by comma!)
    Wiederbeschaffungszeit: Replenishment lead time (time between order and delivery date) in days (integer)
  2. The second csv-file contains the "Inventory Status" for a reference day with the following variables:

    ArtikelNummer: Article-identifier as in Master Data
    Datum: Qualifying date (format "JJJJ-MM-TT“ or "TT.MM.JJJJ")
    Menge: Inventory status as per qualifying date (integer)
  3. The third csv-file contains the "Customer Orders" with the following variables:

    ArtikelNummer: Article-identifier as in Master Data
    Datum: The delivery date as requested by customers (format "JJJJ-MM-TT“ or "TT.MM.JJJJ")
    Menge: Volume of the customer order (as integer)
  4. The fourth csv-file contains the "Supplier Deliveries" with the following variables:

    ArtikelNummer: Article-identifier as in Master Data
    Datum: Date of the goods receipt (format "JJJJ-MM-TT“ or "TT.MM.JJJJ")
    Menge: Volume of the delivered articles (integer)

Your current inventory operating point and the AI generated DispoDyn-curve
will be calculated per inventory volume and per inventory value.
For the inventory value results and inventory KPIs, please register and run your data set when logged in.

The calculation depends largely upon the data volume.
For instance, 10.000 article with a data set of one year takes the engine about 5 min to compute.

We have prepared a set of demo data for testing, if you do not have demo data at hand.
Please download the files to your local machine and upload them when running the engine.
